Just purchased a suit here. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable to advise me on picking the right one and also when there was a discount on these items the next week, they honored it and gave me the discount. All around great experience! Thank you!

We came to Moores to look for a suit and our experience was fabulous! All the staff were really kind and friendly. James was such a help and we were able to put together the perfect look for my son at a really great price. I would love to come back here and I highly recommend Moores to anyone. Kudos to James!

Had an amazing buying experience at this store. Needed a suit for a wedding, and a very nice woman named Binny spent over an hour helping me with different suits and even recommended different shirts to pair with it. I've never gotten this service anywhere else, like the suit stores at Metrotown nearby. Highly recommend visiting this store and getting help from Binny =)

We purchased a custom 3 piece wedding suit from this location and 3 suit rentals. We were helped for the custom suit by James who was great, and gave detailed and informed advice about the customizations. When we returned for a fitting for the vest for the wedding suit, sales associate Paul Yang essentially threw the vest at my fiancee. He ignored us and would help other customers, we assume because the larger sale was already made. We were also looking for a dress shirt and dress shoes. My fiancee asked for a size, and Paul tossed a shoebox on the floor in front of our feet and then went over to help other customers. Terrible customer service. If all sales associates were like this we would not have gone with Moores at all. After spending over $2000 in store, we would expect at least some respect when attending but this was not the case. When trying on shirts, we'd be pulling the sizes ourselves, while Paul just threw shirts on the table and then left we assume to help customers who hadn't made a big purchase yet. Very disappointed in the service at this location, particularly by this sales associate. We asked someone else for help who was polite and kind. However, as a result of our experience with Paul Yang, we cannot recommend this store for anyone purchasing suits, in particular if it for the wedding.

Amazing service here, I was helped by Warren. He was amazing! I have never purchased a suit before and I have not worn a suit in almost 20 years. I had no idea what I needed or wanted and Warren picked everything out for me and helped me fit everything properly. He answered all of my questions in a professional manner but also had the small talk to make it a very enjoyable experience. I will 100% come back to Moores on Kingsway to see Warren again if I need any more dress clothes and I will for sure recommend him to anyone I know that is in need of dress clothes.

Came here for a burgundy shirt for someone in my wedding party during the summer. Measurements and information was taken then got the run around for several weeks and we were told there was no history of the request and the associate that helped us changed stores. This was a few weeks out from the wedding! Absolutely no accountability from either the associate to return our calls or from the store but excuses were in abundance
